Trainee Social Workers

TRAINEE SOCIAL WORKERS REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE – BASINGSTOKE – AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHIFTS – UPTO £26,000 per year

White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a charitable organisation in Basingstoke who support young people between the ages of 11 and 19. Some users also have disabilities and learning needs.

The Trainee Social Workers will be working shifts between 2 and 9pm, although this could run on a little later.

This forward thinking third sector provider has immediate requirements for Trainee Social Workers / Youth Workers to work across their varying services in Basingstoke.

The Trainee Social Workers in Basingstoke will encourage inspire and support the personal development of young people. The Trainee Social Workers will develop and deliver a programme of activities empowering young people to be aware of their rights and responsibilities to the community.

The Trainee Social Workers will provide an Outreach service engaging with a range of young people, developing a variety of youth projects and planning and delivering relevant events.

The Trainee Social Workers in Basingstoke will need to have a youth work or equivalent qualification and experience of working with children and or young people.

In return the successful candidates will enjoy an ongoing assignment and a competitive annual salary of up to £26,000per year.
