Talent Acquisition Advisor (8 month Fixed Term Contract)

Salary: Competitive, with free onsite parking, subsidised lunch plus free access to an onsite gym

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hybrid working available with up to 3 days working from home)

Location: Kingswood House, Norton Canes, Cannock, WS11 8JP

What you’ll be doing;

This is a high volume recruitment role and you will be required to manage around 60-70 vacancies at any one time. The role requires you to be extremely organised to ensure you can effectively manage your workload.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Collaborating and partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Screening applications to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Managing candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Utilising and maintaining the applicant tracking system (Workday) to progress recruitment activity.
Tracking hiring metrics including time to hire, cost per hire and source of hire, working to achieve team targets.
Creating a talent pool for future requirements.
Providing consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice, interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Hosting and participating in job fairs when required.
Using social platforms to proactively headhunt non-passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
