My client is an established IFA based in a rural situation in South Derbyshire. They deal with both Private and Corporate clients, some of a HNW nature.
The role of Financial Services Administrator involves supporting the paraplanners and advisers in their preparation of advice, completion of suitability reports and producing post review meeting reports in relation to ongoing management of the client needs and objectives.
The vacancy is for a Financial Services Administrator, who has had previous experience of working within an IFA environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wrap Platforms – mainly Standard Life
Quotations and Valuations
Handling enquiries for new clients and queries from existing clients
Processing new business through to completion
Ensuring all client records and databases are maintained accurately
The Person
Experience of industry IT systems, in particular Standard Life WRAP Platform and O & M
CII qualifications an advantage but not essential
Confident in processing new business in line with FCA guidelines
Experience of an IFA environment
