A Large Facilities Management company is now looking for an Immediate starter HR manager.
The HR Manager vacancy will be reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner Immediate starter ideally candidate must have previously worked in the Private Sector.
The role will cover
Ireland and Scotland the base will be Burnley
Complexity:
Adaptability & Resilience – True generalist role with requirement to support the HRBP to mobilise and manage a wide variety of people related issues (Pensions, L&D, Attendance, ER/IR, Payroll, etc) within a HR Shared Services environment.
Influencing & Pragmatism
Able to identify potential risks, inspire and coach managers to make decisions based on data and information.
Decision making – Ability to offer solutions in a fluid fast pace evolving business.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
Graduate or equivalent with generalist HR experience.
CIPD or equivalent, or studying towards
Sound working knowledge of operational HR issues
Solid understanding of UK HR policies, best practice and UK employment law
Sound legislative knowledge
Strong relationship/stakeholder management skills
Proactive team player but able to act on own initiative and take responsibility as required
Emotionally intelligent with demonstrable experience of influencing and challenging Senior Management
