Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Time Healthcare Ltd are currently looking for a Residential Home manager on behalf of a 30 bed elderly and mental health Residential Home in Cardiff, South Wales.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential setting at a managerial level and have a strong understanding and knowledge of CSSIW care Regulations.
To be successful within this post the right applicant must display effective leadership, business expertise, a commercially minded approach is essential. You will need to show an energetic motivation and have fantastic communication skills with the ability to lead with authority.
To be considered for this position, we require the successful candidate to hold:
“Registered Managers Award or equivalent qualification
“Previous Experience working with the elderly or mental health
“Full knowledge of the roles and responsibilities required to manage a Residential Care Home.
Working for a small provider, you will be autonomous in your role as Care Manager but have a strong supportive management team available if necessary. This is a permanent position working 42 hours per year, mainly 8am until 5pm but the job may involve some weekends. The salary is negotiable depending on experience and is £26,000 – £30,000per year.
