Maintenance Supervisor – Facilities & Maintenance – Old Street & Barbican
My client is a growing building maintenance service provider with an expanding portfolio of buildings across central London. Due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to look after a contract covering two properties in Old Street and Barbican, London. These are prestigious modern tenanted building covering 5 floors of the occupiers lease and landlord areas.
As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the engineering operation across the properties and the management of two other engineers. This will include managing sub contractors, logbooks and communication with the client. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress into a Contract Managers role and take lead within this role.
Job Specification:
* Managing 2 x Maintenance Engineers
* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the floors such as: lighting, BMS alarms, AHU’s, FCUs, ventilation systems, minor installation of sockets and fixtures, fire alarm tests, generators and water treatment to name a few.
* Ensure strong communication clients
* Manage workload accordingly
* Managing logbooks onsite
* Organise sub contract labour.
* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures
Salary & Package:
* £45,000.00 + Overtime
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

The Person:
* City & Guilds in Electrical Level 3
* HV-AP (Desirable)
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
