Salary: £66,000 – £84,000 per year
We are currently working with one of the East Midlands leading main contractors to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their project Delivery team.
The Role
As number 1 on site, you will take responsibility for delivering projects from concept to completion, being supported by a site team including Site Manager, SQS and Design Manager.
Operating as the clients interface, you will be tasked with chairing week to week update meetings with the developer/ clients representative to manage the project to the desired timeframes and budget.
The Person
You will need to have a proven track record operating as a Project Manager leading design and build schemes from in the ground to handover.
Project experience of concrete base, steel frame, cladding would be advantageous. Project will typically be between £5m to £15m in value.
You will need to be willing to travel and lodge as required.
