Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, are looking for a talented and motivated Call Centre Agent to join our team up on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who has previous customer service experience and a strong working knowledge of administration.

We are now working on a flexible basis in the National Service Centre and can offer the following working arrangements for the successful candidate:

• Term time working (take unpaid leave during the school holidays, we will pro rata your payment over the year, so you won’t be without pay!)
• Job shares
• Hybrid working – a mixture of working from home and working in the office

This varied and exciting role will involve by dealing with inbound and outbound calls to users of the Defence Training Estate, whilst upholding the best customer service at all times. The role offers excellent career progression into a forward thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a helpdesk service for the National Training Estate
• Creating work orders
• Answering and managing incoming calls
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Reception cover
• Administration

Qualifications and requirements:

• Computer literate
• A good level of numeracy and literacy
• Confident at communicating on the phone or by email
• To be able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Good administration skills
• Customer service experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Live within commutable distance of the office

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
