Call Centre Staff

Call Centre Operative / Dispatcher required to work in depot for a leading maintenance provider, liaising between customers, engineers on the road and other office staff.

Job Description

Answering incoming calls
Making outgoing calls
Creating jobs on our CRM system and dispatching jobs to engineers
Dealing with Engineers & Customer queries
Dealing with Customer complaints

Must be well organised, good telephone manner, able to work under pressure and work part of a team. This is a fast paced environment and at times you may have to deal with distressed customers in need of urgent assistance.
