Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £26,000 per year

The main focus of this role is to work alongside the Office Manager and Sales Team to enable the smooth running of the office, completion of all required daily tasks and ensuring production are provided with all the information required to manufacture products to the highest possible standard to customers specification.

THE ROLE

Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for their office in Stoke on Trent. Applicants will be commercially minded, well organised, motivated individuals who can carry out the following duties:

* Dealing with customer enquiries

* Sales order processing

* Organising and ensuring that all orders are despatched in the correct method in the required timeframe

* Weekly invoicing duties

* Ensuring all filing is up to date on a daily and monthly basis

* Cover some of the Office and Sales Manager’s workload in their absence

* Helping to keep the costing model up to date as and when required

* Ensuring that the meeting room sample shelves are kept up to date

* Providing administrative support, including printing of leaflets

* Delivery of products to customers when urgent

* Despatching of orders when covering during holidays / sickness

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Previous B2B sales administration experience or similar

* Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic, professional telephone manner

* Customer care orientated.

* Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* A good team player who works well under pressure
