Graduate Trainee – Management and Sales

Our client is looking for a Graduate Trainee for their Ashford office, with a Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 plus training, progression, bonus and pension.

Requirements

You should be an ambitious university graduate who is:

From a customer service and/or sales background

As a Graduate Trainee you will:

Gain insight into various fields of business
Acquire experience in sales, purchasing, administration, logistics and accounts
Meet and develop relationships with existing clients
Liaise with suppliers
Generate new business

Initial products and skills training in various business fields
Opportunity to progress to an external sales role in 4-7 months, with a package including a car, mobile and laptop, hence a driving licence is required
Salary supplemented by an annual profit share linked to your performance and that of your branch
