Our client is recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their established office in Stockton.
The Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for running a varied residential conveyancing caseload and will deal with all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to completion. You will be directly responsible for managing your client base, providing excellent client care throughout the process whilst working towards individual and team targets. You will have assistance from one experienced member of support staff.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will hold a relevant conveyancing qualification (Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive etc.) or have equivalent experience.
Previous experience of working within a conveyancing environment is essential and a minimum of 2 years’ experience is desirable.
You will be able to run a varied caseload with minimal supervision, be able to build and maintain strong relationships and be competent in the use of IT systems.
The position is permanent and full time.
