LEAD GENERATOR / TELEMARKETER
16K TO 18K BASIC SALARY WITH AN EXCELLENT UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE, OTE 25K
MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE – REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME AVAILABLE
Our client is a very well established award winning Property company who have been voted the ‘best estate agent’ over numerous years. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a fun, but professional environment with lots of structure and support. Due to expansion we are looking for a talented lead generator to join the team. A background in sales or telemarketing would be ideal.
MAIN DUTIES
* Following up on inbound leads to try and qualify the potential opportunity
* Conducting outbound calls to warm leads that have previously registered an interest
* Establishing a rapport
* Conducting fact finding to determine the relevant information
* Passing the qualified lead over to one of the Property consultants to follow up
* Working to targets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* ·Have a good background in sales or telemarketing
* Property experience isn’t a requirement
* ·Enjoy working in a sales focused environment
* ·Possess great communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with all different customers
* ·Commission focused and target driven
