Non Functional Test Team Lead – Manchester – £35k – £45k
I am currently recruiting for an award winning, international organisation who is going through growth throughout its technical department. They are looking for a Non Functional Test Team Lead who can demonstrate a track record of leading subordinates and testing to define and deliver organisation wide performance strategy covering all core processes, development, delivery, production and support.
Key responsibilities
* Defining, aligning and managing the rollout of organisation wide performance testing.
* Providing Non Functional Test Leadership
* Profiling system tuning, sizing for the team.
* Driving organisational wide non-functional quality and process improvements.
Skills
* Previous experience in a non-functional test role
* Previous knowledge of working with high availability systems/ resilience.
* Previous experience of stakeholder management with the ability to advise and influence colleagues and customers in strategic decisions.
* Knowledge of both business process and technical areas.
