Motor Trade Service Advisor / Call Centre Executive / Customer Contact Executive

Canterbury, Kent

Salary – £26,000 OTE £20,000 approx. + Upsell bonus

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm

We are looking to recruit an experienced Call Centre Operator/Customer Contact Executive to join our client’s customer focused service bookings team based in Canterbury.

Working as part of our Client’s successful Service team, you will be responsible for their customers’ service and repair needs, from the initial booking through to the completion and handover of the vehicle. Candidates must have recent call centre experience and be able to show a good level of customer service. Experience of working within a Dealership would be advantageous but not essential.

You will be a good communicator, have a bright and confident personality, be very customer focused and have excellent organisational skills.

As part of our client’s automotive main dealer aftersales team you will be responsible for:

• Inbound and outbound calls to existing customers
• Maximising profit opportunities by promoting additional work, service plans and warranties
• Customer care and retention
• Ensuring that all customers calling into the dealer group are dealt with in an efficient and polite manner
• Booking customers for their MOT’s and Service and contacting customers for satisfaction surveys.

Candidates must live within a 35 minute commute of Canterbury
