Head of Facilities Management

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team in our head office in Whetstone (England), where you will provide leadership on Facilities management across the organisation. You will provide operational staff with support and guidance on leasing and tenant issues that affect them. To manage all aspects of facilities management including offices, residential care homes, properties owned by Walsingham and leased by Walsingham. To undertake surveys of all properties to develop a 5 year schedule of works to be completed.

You will need experience of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and associated plant both. (Operational & Management desirable). City and Guilds 2391 (17th edition). Confidence to represent the organisation in different forums. Willingness and ability to travel to all areas of the organisation.
