Salary: £17.74 – £23.74 per hour
Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/CPN/RNLD) to join a Specialist Nursing Home, based out of Enfield in London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. Nurses will receive ongoing support from your Manager. Training and development is one of the major ethos’ of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £17.74 – £23.74per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
