£21,500 PLUS COMMISSION

THE ROLE

Proactive account management of a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, providing excellent customer service at all times

Contacting all existing customers at regular intervals in line with a planned call matrix to identify additional revenue streams to achieve a yearly revenue target

Use of various technologies to engage with customers such as video and conference calling

Identifying any opportunities for upselling additional products and services.

Updating internal systems with any potential opportunities to create an opportunity pipeline for the client portfolio

Ensuring satisfactory resolution to all queries/issues raised by customers to underpin long term account retention

Achieving +95% retention of accounts from client portfolio and completing annual price increases

Monitoring profitability of portfolio customers and taking steps to improve if profitability is not at the required level

Recording and maintaining customer records on internal systems, updating notes in a timely and accurate manner

Accepting accounts for handover in line with company processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic, professional telephone manner

Previous experience of upselling and promoting additional products/services

A good level of IT literacy and a willingness to embrace new technologies
