Community Executive

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

We are supporting an exciting opportunity for a Community Executive to join a leading Shopping Centre owner/management organisation. 

This key position will drive all Community activities by creating, building & managing key relationships to grow activities across the UK Portfolio. 

As part of the Sustainability Team, this position will focus on enhancing Community Activities across the portfolio, key areas of delivery include: –

• Growing a solid network/partnership across local authorities, charities, and community groups 
• Drive Community engagement across the business 
• Data collation, analysis & reporting on Community activities across the portfolio 
• Manage & respond to all Shopping Centre Community & Charity requests 
• Researching new/creative opportunities/concepts

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are truly passionate about making a difference and working within community & sustainability areas. Candidates will hold enthusiasm for sustainability, and strong communication skills with a proactive approach. Ideally holding experience with project management, community and/or sustainability work. 

You will work 1 x day from home, 3 x days on-site in Birmingham & 1 day visiting other schemes.
