Area Manager – Senior Store Manager

My Client is a very well-known Luxury Global Retailer who is enjoying unprecedented success at the moment. With a major store opening programme underway, they are now looking for an Area Managers in the West London region who can not only quickly make an impact on this area, but who have the drive and determination to move up to Regional Management and beyond.

To apply for this role, you must;

Have multi-site experienc, or single – site, large turnover (£20 million+), experience
Have a record of rapid career progression within the retail,leisure or hospitality arenas
Be prepared to relocate at least once in the next 10 years
Have the capabilities to succeed at Senior Management level within a corporate environment

Reporting to the Regional Manager,this is a people focussed role,where you will be looking after a total team of 300+
You will need to assess and analyse your area with a view to improving all round performance. Key to this will be your ability to lead and inspire your team, so people management skills are paramount.

You must also understand how to achieve the highest levels of customer service, and how to train and inspire your team to these levels.
