We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join an innovative and rapidly expanding firm based within the Heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Our client, an international law firm, is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor on a 12 month FTC to work within their Birmingham based office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative to solve problems.

The role itself will involve the following duties:

* To manage the recruitment process for Paralegal and Legal PA vacancies, ensuring the regulatory and internal requirements are being adhered to
* Updating candidates on a regular basis in relation to the application process
* Advertising vacancies on the firms internal intranet and externally
* Relationship management with recruitment agencies
* Organise, manage and attend assessment days
* Manage the administration of the interview process end to end

Previous experience of working within a law firm would be a huge advantage within this position along with proven work experience within a recruitment based role. If you have excellent planning and organisational skills and are self motivated with the ability to work within a team and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you!
