Salary: £26,000 per year
Senior support workers required to work in partnership with the senior management team within a small residential service providing person centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Duties will be varied and will include:
* Shift leading
* Key working
* The promotion of choice and independence
* Assisting in the delivery of life skills
* Administering medication
* Report and record writing
* Ensuring all care and support is delivered in line with personalised care plans
* Rota and staff management.
* Working a varied shift pattern including waking nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

To apply for this role, you will already have proven knowledge and experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities, predominantly autism, be qualified to NVQ 3 in health and social care or hold an equivalent care qualification and have flexibility to work a varied rota. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate previous, proven shift/team leading knowledge and experience.
