Sales Consultant/ Kitchen Designer/ Bathroom Designer/ Design Consultant/ Showroom Consultant
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £26,000 per year+ OTE £16,800 uncapped

Are you an experienced Kitchen Designer looking for a fresh challenge? Or an experienced Sales Consultant from big ticket sales I.e. furniture, holidays, cars, phones, houses etc looking to develop new skills and create a new career path.

As a Kitchen Designer/ Design Consultant/ Showroom Consultant / Sales Consultant ideally you would have the following attributes & experience:
– interest, passion or qualification in design that is backed up with experience of working within a retail or sales environment
– Flair for creativity, a passion for excellent customer service
– Experience in working in a target, KPI or sales led environment would be relevant

Full training will be given and so similar experience is non-essential, but would help, however you will receive support and guidance in order to help you be successful.

As a Kitchen Designer/ Design Consultant/ Sales Consultant/ Showroom Consultant you will be responsible for:
– Driving opportunities to maximise sales including cross sell and add on potential
– To achieve or exceed monthly & annual store sales targets for showroom sales
– Conduct customer home visits, building a positive customer relationship while working within company policies and procedures when representing the company out of the store.

This is a retail environment and therefore you would be expected to work weekends and you must have a current driving license and access to your own vehicle.
