Maintenance Trades Supervisor

Resourcing group are currently recruiting for maintenance supervisor’s in West and North West London. The positions are long term temp to perm. Resourcing group work with some of the leading social housing contractors. At the minute we have a number of fantastic supervisory roles available for immediate starts.

As a supervisor you will need to have a sound technical knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. it is essential you have had experience managing teams of trades men. The ideal candidate would have had reactive maintenance experience client or contractor based, however if you only have planned maintenance experience this is not an issue.

The roles will require you to have a driving license as a vehicle is provided, the salaries vary between £32k – £35k.
