The Company:
Our client is a well established international company

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for Spanish & Portuguese speaking customers
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients

The Role:
-Processing customer orders using the company’s IT system
-Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email
-Inbound and outbound calls to develop client relationships
-Assisting the Sales Manager with market research and pricing of products
-Dealing with credit control duties
-Translating relevant documents
-Handling customer complaints politely and efficiently
-Distributing newsletters to customers with information of new products

The Candidate:
-Fluent in Spanish & Portuguese to mother tongue standard
-Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within Customer Services
-B2B experience
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-High level of commercial awareness
-Computer literate
-Strongly organised
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: £26,000per year
