I am looking for experienced Social Workers at all levels to join fantastic teams across the Northamptonshire area. These roles offer a great opportunity to join a newly-created Children’s Trust and need qualified Social Work staff in the following areas:

* Safeguarding

* Fostering

* Children in Care

* Disabled Children’s Team

* DAAT

* MASH

In these roles you will be required to:

* Carry out initial, core and other specialised assessments

* Manage cases varying in complexity

* Organise packages of support

* Work with children and their families/carers and monitor and review their needs so that the appropriate support is provided

* Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary teams and meetings

* Give written/verbal evidence in court/adoption/fostering panels when required

For these posts you must have:

* A Degree or Social Work Qualification as recognised by Social Work England

* Social Work England registration

* Knowledge of childcare legislation including statutory childcare

* An awareness of the professional and ethical context of the work and multi-agency working

* The ability to use a range of evidence-based interventions to effect change with children, young people and families and carers

* The ability to travel effectively to different locations at short notice
