Experienced Interim/Contract Recruitment Consultant – (Senior position) – Winchester based

Circa £48,000 – £84,000basic salary plus competitive commission structure and company benefits

The role:

Deliver professional interim management recruitment services to clients, helping clients lead business change, deliver key corporate projects, and bridge gaps in their management teams.
Win new business via business development and from some leads provided by the existing marketing program.
Develop repeat business and manage key account relationships.
Own and manage the client relationship for customer satisfaction and the cultivation of repeat business.
Manage own recruitment projects, including developing a requirements brief, approaching relevant segments of the talent bank, reviewing respondent CVs, interviewing candidates, putting forward short-list of best candidates to the client, arranging client interviews, negotiating contracts of chosen candidates, all very quickly.

The person:

Experienced interim or contract recruitment professional with successful track record in the sector.
Must possess solid business development skills and a hands-on approach to client development.
Able to adapt own recruitment habits and style to the companies system and process.
Web enthusiast and highly computer literate.
Competitive and determined high achiever.
Team player.
Fluent English speaker.
