Client Summary:
Our client is a global leader in Rolling Stock vehicle manufacturing, service and maintenance.
Position Summary:
To manage implementation of new and existing projects, SAP Maintenance Forecast (C-BoM) within “OneERP” for Services Execution. Identification and implementation enhancement initiatives. Ensuring that the correct data analysis and visualisation strategies are in place to fill Business needs and identified gaps.
Ensure that the use of the SAP Maintenance Forecast System within “OneERP” is sustainable within Services Execution.

Key Responsibilities:-
*40% – Building and managing changes in the SAP Maintenance Forecast for in line with project requirements, ensuring that projects carry out the appropriate period actions.
*30% – Assist in the analysis of the SAP Maintenance Forecast and identify key variances and opportunities between projects, assisting the projects to identify root causes and appropriate actions.
*10% – Identify and develop enhancements around the appropriate Business Systems, including SharePoint to support the Business’ reporting needs and to drive the Business and IS forward.
*10% – Identify and develop enhancements around the appropriate Business Systems, including SharePoint to support the Business’ needs and to drive the Business and IS forward in regard to Maintenance Forecasting.
*10% – Develop and sustain a Key User Network for Business Intelligence.

Technical Competences:
*SAP experience – Basic
*Data warehouse reporting systems – Basic
*Microsoft Office and SharePoint – Intermediate

Qualifications:
*A Levels obtained in either Business, Math’s or IT
