Senior Recruitment Consultant (Full Time)

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Aquarius Gold Recruitment is a recruitment company, seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced senior recruitment consultant / manager to work from its office in Manchester (and also offering hybrid – flexible working)

This is a 360 role as the right candidate will be overseeing the complete recruitment process from start to finish, including securing new business, sourcing candidates, and managing the process all through to the final placement and mentoring junior staff.

Experience any of these sectors; construction, transport, industrial, telesales, healthcare recruitment is highly desirable, as you will be accountable for securing new business in and around the Manchester area and United Kingdom, servicing your clients by recruiting temporary and permanent professionals, looking after compliance, and maintaining a good working relationship.

Your duties will include:

* Managing your own desk and the entire recruitment process from beginning to end

* Winning new business from potential clients

* Business development and compliance management skills

* Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates in-line with your client’s requirements

* Headhunting and maintaining your candidate and client relationships within your niche area

* Booking staff out to various roles

* Appropriately matching clients and candidates by identifying the needs of both

* Using a variety of sales techniques and negotiations to achieve and close sales

* Working to achieve and exceed set targets

Essentially, you will be:

* Competent in exhibiting verbal and written communication skills

* Able to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment

Experience: Recruitment consultant: 2 years (preferred)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: This role will be paying between £26,000 – £30,000 per year (DOE) + commission pay
