Nursing Home Manager – Ifield, West Sussex
Salary up to £78,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus
Excellent opportunity to join a new commission with a high end luxury provider of nursing and dementia care for older people.
Our client is an established national provider of elderly nursing and residential care seeking to appoint an experienced RGN trained Home Manager to move this home forward in the next phase of development and growth for the service. The home itself provides residents with a full range of services including an onsite spa, hairdressers, chiropodists, café and sensory gardens providing specialist activities for people with dementia.
The successful candidate will benefit from joining an established and committed team that has worked with the existing manager in developing the home’s role within the community, including a volunteering programme which is supported by a full compliment of professionally qualified staff.
Applicants for this role will need to demonstrate/evidence the following;
RGN qualified with current PIN
A proven track record of marketing nursing homes within the private care sector
