Our client, based in Edinburgh, Sighthill industrial estate, is an international company with distribution centres worldwide.
They are the market leaders in their field as they only choose to use the best people. This role is for van drivers to deliver parcels to customers’ premises, so some physical work will be required. The drivers are also expected to be well presented, professional and courteous at all time. As such, previous experience in a customer orientated role is essential as is experience in delivering goods in a high volume environment.

Benefits of the Role:

• After 12 weeks, this company will be paying the Pay parity rate. There is a further pay increase after 26 weeks.
• Subject to terms and conditions we offer SVQ’s for free as well as free HGV Class 2/1 licences.

Requirements of the Role:

• Delivery and collections of parcels to and from customers’ premises
• Van multi-drop delivery experience
• Completion of relevant paperwork and any security aspects of the role
• Display integrity and honesty at all times
• Basic vehicle maintenance

Specific Job Requirements:

• Must pass a Criminal records check
