Senior Mechanical & Electrical Estimator

Working with a busy M&E Contractor based in West London on mainly office, commercial and residential new build and refurb projects. Responsibilities would include completing both pre-designed and design and build Mechanical Services and Public Health tenders using the estimating software package including updating the Estimation database on a weekly basis. You will also be responsible for generating enquiries and receiving quotations from manufacturers and sub-contractor including negotiating final prices with Main Contractors. You will also be responsible for managing the estimating administration and checking bids to ensure compliance including determining qualifications, clarifications and exclusions. You will also be responsible for managing and updating the estimating database including providing detailed schedules. You will also be responsible for managing the compilation of tender audits, including assisting assist colleagues in agreeing to contract budget.
