Rayment Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Relief Sous Chef for a stunning hotel on the outskirts of Ipswich. The successful candidate will be working as part of the kitchen team, responsible for the preparation of meals for guests.

As a Relief Sous Chef you will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Job Role

• Assisting the Head Chef running the kitchen, assisting with the preparation of all meals
• Working with the team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
• Ensuring that every service runs as smoothly as possible and that any queries are dealt with in a timely manner

Skills & Experience
