Located just outside Edinburgh and with great transport links to Fife, Edinburgh, West Lothian and the West and beyond my clients HQ is situated in a greenfield site with views of the iconic Forth rail bridge.

The role:

Reporting to the Supply Chain manager the successful candidate will be responsible for all works in connection with the issuing of store’s material and the maintenance of stock, to include receiving goods and processing of customer returns. You will also carry out all packing and coordination of shipment collection by couriers.

Typical duties:

• Process all Goods Receipts and manage all stock, ensuring it is appropriately stored according to material type.
• Scan and Pack all products ready for shipment.
• Work to Sales Kit List, ensuring all products are picked and packed in accordance with documentation.
• Use courier online system(s) to book shipments and print appropriate labels and paperwork.
• Process all Customer Returns within a 48 hour turnaround.
• Liaise with Quality Manager on returns communicating where further analysis is required. Communicate to Supply Chain Manager and Customer Support/Quality findings of returns – “No Fault Found – Analysis”. Ensure reusable kit is cleaned and returned to good stock.
• Work with Supply Chain Manager in maintaining accurate stock figures in SAP ensuring best possible Inventory Management and Stock Control.
• Maintain a tidy work place.

The successful candidate will ideally possess relevant experience of working in a stores environment and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. i.e. E-mail, Excel. You should possess a good knowledge of Goods Out/Packing procedures, and experience of dealing with biologics would be desirable.
