Family Legal Secretary for Expanding Law Firm

We have a brand new permanent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the fast paced and dynamic family team of a thriving Law Firm based in the West Midlands.

This firm truly believe in going the extra mile for their clients. As part of the fast paced Secretarial support team, you will be providing full support to the Family Team, ensuring the everyday secretarial operations of the departments flows smoothly. On a day to day basis you will be creating varied client correspondence, file notes and client bundles, predominantly from audio transcriptions. You will also then answer calls and provide any other secretarial or administrative support that may be required by the team.

You will be an experienced Legal Secretary with a wealth of experience, pre-dominantly within Family law. You will have excellent typing speeds, an amazing eye for detail, especially when it comes to grammar and punctuation, and a real roll your sleeves up style. With a no job too big or too small attitude to your role, you will happily turn your hand to anything that is needed.
