Band 5 Registered Community Nurse (RGN)

Salary: £22.8 – £25.2 per hour

HcP Group are currently recruiting Band 5 Community Nurse for ad-hoc shifts and lines of work in Swindon.

As Band 5 Community Nurse, you will be delivering:

* Patient centred care working with both adults and children

* Providing dedicated enteral feeding care to patients in the comfort of their own homes

* This role combines both clinical and educational skills to support safe and timely hospital discharges, regular reviews and training to healthcare professionals to keep them up to date with the latest safe practice in relation to tube feeding

Minimum Requirement

* Registered General Nurse with an active NMC PIN

* Full UK driving licence is essential

* Experience of community-based work is desirable but not essential

* Competent in the use of technology

* Confident with training, supervisions and education with HCP’s, families and patients
