Senior Operative Nights

My client has a vacancy for a Senior Operative reporting to the First Line Manager.

The emphasis of this ‘hands on’ role is to lead and motivate their team in order to deliver and achieve outstanding results.

It is anticipated that this role will be 80% productive and 20% management support and to deputise for the FLM when required.

A flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns is imperative to the successful completion of this role.

Skills Required
Experience of working with and leading a team to deliver targeted results
Has an understanding of Operational Processes
PC literate
Good communicator
Leads by example
Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Has an understanding of key service level indicators in their area
Review individual performances in line with Company targets
Good understanding of the ‘UPH’ to be achieved to contribute to their areas profitability
Ensure that sickness and absence targets are not exceeded and that team holidays area managed in line with operational requirements
