Salary: £28,800 – £32,400 per year
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is good….. very good at attracting talent. You will be organised, able to handle multiple tasks, can work within tight deadlines, has excellent IT skills and able to communicate clearly and concisely.

The main focus of the role is to provide a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the HR team and various operations across the company. You will act as the first point of contact for all recruitment related inquiries and then, if successful act as a bridge between the newly acquired talent and the site managers.
£24,000 to £27,000 plus commission (package dependent upon experience)
40 hrs per week Monday to Friday inc 30 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Advertise job opportunities on various portals and social media platforms.
* Promote vacant roles with enthusiasm.
* Screen candidates.
* Manage and deal with candidate correspondence including invitations to interview.
* Act as the point of contact for any queries during the recruitment process.
* Preparation of shortlists, selection and post interview documentation for the managers.
* Issue letters and contracts wherever necessary.
* Administer new-starter processes such as compiling all recruitment documentation.
* Manage all the recruitment documents and pre-employment checks of new starters
* Maintain records with starters and leavers for the benefits package.
* Be an integral part of the HR team.
HR Systems:
* Manage related elements of the HR systems (for existing staff and new starters).
* Be responsible for compliance of staff HR files as per the company guidelines.
* Manage and report on recruitment progress via various reports.
What we are looking for:
* Ideally having experience working in a fast-paced recruitment team, however, for the right candidate that would not be a problem.
* Experience of working in Health care will be advantageous.
* Excellent people skills – must have an ability to enthuse.
* You have to be able to work under pressure.
* Well organized.
* Reliable.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Good IT skills.
* (Desirable) – CIPD Level 3 or above qualified or working towards it.
* To be a team player and work hard to help achieve, not only the objectives of the HR department but also share the vision, values and objectives of the company.
