Reactive Maintenance Supervisor- Social Housing -(Permanent)

We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Supervisor for one of our social housing contractor clients based in North London to help assist on their reactive maintenance team covering over 20,000 properties in the area.

Ideally you will have a background in Social Housing and be suited to managerial position. This will be a fast paced role do to the nature of the work load and require you to conduct site visits on a weekly basis. You will be responsible for a team of operatives within the borough and manage approximately 10 at any given time- This will be a mixture of operatives from various trades backgrounds. A knowledge of carpentry, painting,decorating, plumbing etc is advantageous. You will ideally have strong administration skills and be confident in managing a team alongside the upkeep of paperwork such as invoicing, contracts, planning schedules and timesheets.

This is a staff permanent role offering up to £42,000 PA including van use and fuel card.

We are looking to interview early February with starts available thereafter.
