Restaurant and Bar Manager (Live in)

Exciting opportunity for a live in manager to join an outstanding team and become part of my clients rapidly developing group.
Due to the success of their business my client is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Restaurant and Bar Manager with a will to learn and a desire to work hard to join their growing team.

This position includes a three bedroom apartment, bills, food and drink for the successful candidate.
At Least 2 Years experience as a General Manager within a hospitality operation
Ability to run the Pub & Restaurant with a pro-active and positive attitude
Excellent customer service experience
Strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team
Good understanding of all financial aspects of the business including; P&L, Stock Control, Rotas and driving sales
Excellent attention to detail
Approachable and friendly personality
