Salary: £96,000 per year

Facilities Account Director – Hard FM Facilities Maintenance – Central London Portfolio
My client is actively expanding their managing agent portfolio and seeking an ambitious Facilities Account Director (Hard FM) to join this established portfolio of 8 corporate commercial office contracts across Central London, with a total value of £5 million plus extra works.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, alongside a good technical knowledge and history of managing and developing customers. This role comes with fantastic progression opportunities into a senior role for the right individual as the portfolio continues to grow.
Job Specification:
* Direct line management of a team of 3 x Accont Managers, and subquent engineering teams.
* Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level.
* Developing customers and attending presentations to attract new business.
* Strong understanding of the contract P/L and demonstrated in internal monthly contractual reviews.
* Ensure contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs are met.
* Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the clients as required.
* Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
* Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary.
Salary & Package
* up-to £96,000.00 Per Annum + London Travel
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
* 25 Days Annual Leave

The Person:
* City & Guilds/NVQ in a Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline (essential)
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Strong written and report writing skills
* Commercial awareness
* Team player, strong management skills
* Prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
