Franze & Evans are an established brand looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie with a passion for food.
The perfect candidate will be bursting with creativity, and profusely confident cooking all styles of breakfasts.
It is also essential for applicants to be confident creating seasonal salads, know how to cook pasta dishes correctly, and enjoy working as part of a small team.
We also require someone neat and tidy who has an up to date food safety & hygiene certificate.
We are looking for someone who has experience running the kitchen in a small cafe and can create seasonal menus, as this role will require an ability to deliver high volume weekend brunch.
Good written and communication skills are a must.
The role is available immediately, however we will require you to come in beforehand to trial.
£33,600 per Annum. Full time. 5days per week including the weekend, between 8am-5pm.
We will require three traceable references.
