-Graduate headhunter`s will source candidates meeting specific requirements
-Attend client meetings to understand their requirements in a candidate
-Maintain and developing candidate relationships
-Provide assignment support to teammates
-Generating leads through regular candidate contact
-Maintaining relationships with clients
