Graduate Web (PHP) Developer – Birmingham – Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented web Developer to join a West Midland’s based digital business news provider.
Based at our head office just off Brindley Place, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining and improving the company website. Most development will be conducted in WordPress so expert knowledge of this is essential. Any exposure to other Content management systems such as Joomla, Drupal or Magento would be beneficial.
The company also looks after websites for a handful of other businesses and we are looking to increase growth in this area over the coming months. As such, you should be comfortable meeting clients and discussing their requirements.
Candidates must be able to showcase a portfolio of their work and discuss their involvement in each project. The selection process will involve a short coding challenge to demonstrate your problem solving skills and your ability to produce a well-written code under pressure.
