Engineering Team / Operations Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a national industrial services company in the recruitment of an Engineering Team/Operations Co-ordinator.

You will act as the key liaison for all external field engineers which will involve:

* Daily reports

* Weekly reports and monthly KPIs

* Monitoring Engineers performance and making welfare calls

* Looking after van fleet

* Monitoring engineer driver performance

* Engineer HR

* Working with engineers on van stock and re-stocking

* Ensure engineers record information as per company policy

* To lead engineer PDA enhancements such as improved usage and engineer check sheets

* Lead and plan training, development and performance role with the engineers

You will need to have a confident and professional manner, excellent IT, systems and process experience.

of working with field engineers in the past would be beneficial.
