Social Worker – Assistant Team Manager Multi Agency Support Hub (MASH)

Our client a leading third-sector provider of Children’s Social Care is seeking an experienced Social Worker to develop a career in management in this dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

Day to Day

You will lead the team in managing day to day use of all available professional resources to develop and implement effective interventions and support for children and families both within and outside of the family home whilst ensuring the child or young person’s needs are met.

Support and challenge the team to meet the requirements around thresholds for cases, reports for court or other purposes, challenging, providing expert advice as required.

Support the team in the completion of assessments, plans and toolkits.. 

Your Background

You will be a social worker registered with SWE, with a postgraduate qualification in a specialist area such as Mental Health, Radicalisation, Neglect or Domestic Abuse. You will have experience in supporting newly qualified social workers, led supervision and held a management position
