Lowestoft Covering East Anglia Region
up to £65,162per annum dependant on relevant experience + package including Car, Bonuses and Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join the North & East Midlands Division, covering the East Anglia area. This is a key management position and will offer the successful candidate a significant opportunity to develop their career.
THE CHALLENGE
Reporting to the respective Divisional Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Region to meet company objectives.

THE CANDIDATE
Will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be an infectious motivator of others with the ability to develop managers, ensuring they are able to meet business objectives through the performance of others. They will also be able to demonstrate their potential to operate at both a strategic planning and organisational level.
Will have a demonstrable track record of excellent performance.
Will have a Business Management Qualification or be willing to study for the same.
Will be a skilled influencer having the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
Will be capable of working under their own initiative to control and develop the Region in line with Company Policy and business objectives.
Will also be able to demonstrate their ability to manage change whilst still achieving business objectives.
THE REWARDS
In return we offer an excellent basic salary commensurate with a role at this level, performance related bonuses, Company car, Private Medical Insurance and Permanent Health Insurance. In addition, relocation & disturbance allowances will be paid for the successful candidate to relocate into the Region if necessary.
