Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year

Experience in recruitment within the care sector is essential for this position.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of Health Care Assistants for a highly reputable domiciliary company based in Oxfordshire, they have 3 branches! They are a national franchise and have an exceptional reputation.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager:

Building a pipeline
Building relationships with candidates
Hitting KPI’s and targetsRecruitment Manager Requirements:

Experience in working within recruitment in the care sector
Good knowledge of the recruitment industry
Understand 360 recruitment
