Salary: £21 per hour
Joiner /Mechanical Fitter – Aberdeen – £21 per hour, Full time – Permanent role. Benefits include Holidays, Company Bonus Scheme and Company Pension Contributions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake installation work/fabrication work and repair work as required
- Mechanical fitting of new or replacement parts
- Fabrication of and fitting of a variety of parts including container equipment
- Undertaking, drilling, grinding, and occasional welding
- Bespoke modifications to containers
- Working in a compliant manner to ensure that products are built to the correct technical and quality specifications
- Participating in continual review and improvement processes for the business to identify best practice
- Liaise with workshop personnel at all levels.
- Carry out all work practices in line with Company Health and Safety Policy.
- The role holder will ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained in the workplace
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.
- Detailed knowledge of joinery and mechanical works
- Able to produce quality work within reasonable deadlines
- Be able to read assembly drawings and work from manufacturing procedures
- Have mechanical assembly experience
- Self-motivates and seeks improvement in self and others to achieve and surpass targets/goals
- Operates within company standards and policies; considers consequences/outcomes when making decisions
- Completion of works within provided timescale
- Provide a quality finish to all works
- Be fully conversant and experienced in the use of hand tools
- Relevant qualification to NVQ Level 3/4
- A background of general joinery and mechanical work and be able to work in confined spaces
