Business Analyst required to join rapidly growing financial services company based in the heart of Leeds. The Business Analyst will join a vibrant team and will be responsible for analysing, documenting and proposing IT solutions for large and complex business projects.
The Business Analyst will be involved in the continuous improvement of the change delivery within the company and will also act as the key link between different areas of the business.
Skills & Experience required for the Business Analyst
* End to End Project lifecycle Experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Process Mapping Experience
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
* Previous experience working in an Agile Environment
* Proven track record of analysing and documenting complex business processes
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly
* Communication and Rapport building skills
